We have 3 full time teachers, and one part time assistant for 12 children.

We are Spanish immersion daycare, and we have a scheduled lesson plan with fun themes like, The Farm, Space, Winter Wonderland, etc.

We clean and sanitize our home every day. We put the dishes in the dishwasher to sanitize all the cooking utensils, and disinfect all high touch surfaces constantly.

My name is Maria Bejarano, and I am the owner. I am from Colombia, so Spanish is my native language. I have over three years of experience in childcare and hold several competency certificates from the Santa Clara County Office of Education. I run a home-based daycare and strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where all the children feel right at home. We offer a Spanish immersion program, so children of all backgrounds speak Spanish by the time they complete their time at Luceritos.

We understand that child development goes beyond academics. That is why we prepare all our meals from scratch using the freshest ingredients. We serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks—all included in the tuition! With a strong emphasis on healthy eating, we ensure every child enjoys balanced, nutritious meals that provide energy throughout the day.

We feature a rotating curriculum that includes fun themes, arts and crafts, songs, and games. We are licensed by the State of California and meet all health and safety standards. Additionally, our care team undergoes fingerprinting and CPR training, and we comply with all health standards required by the DSS to give parents peace of mind.
